Frans was born in Detroit, Michigan and was raised in Newark, Delaware. He graduated from A.I. Dupont High School and then attended and graduated from New England Culinary Institute. The next decade was spent practicing as a chef for various high end establishments. The first job Frans ever had was working for a veterinary clinic in Delaware, and this industry has remained his passion. Having had many animals through out his life, while also having an enormous love for all animals, he has decided it is time to chase his true passion helping animals in need. He is very excited to become a veterinary technician in the future.
